Pro Pancakes
1 cup organic instant oats
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 teaspoon cocoa or 1 tablespoon protein powder
1 teaspoon butter or for a healthier alternative use spray on olive oil
Non stick shallow fry pan
Combine eggs and yolks beat together, mix in oats then add mashed bananas followed by cocoa or protein powder, mix thoroughly with spoon until mixture is well combined.
Heat pan with butter/oil, with a tablespoon spoon out mixture onto hot pan, cook 1-2 minutes on each side or until brown, when ready squeeze some honey on top and serve hot, delicious!
You can have this as a breakfast meal, snack or yummy dessert! Protein powder can be any flavour, I've used Vanilla, but you can try chocolate or strawberry etc.

Chicken Salad

1 boiled chicken breast (shredded into little peices)
1 cup chopped up sweet potato
1 cup of green veggies (zucchini & broccoli) are my fav,
1/4 cup of red capsicum, spring onion
1tbs of Flaxseed oil
1tbs of vinegar (white/apple cider)
1tbs of balsamic vinegar
Add heaps of garlic or spices eg. masterfoods Thai seasoning 1tbs of LSA
Combine all ingredients, leave for 2 hours to marinade serve and enjoy!!!
